Our Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is already millions of years in the making, and we slowed our process down even further by aging a select portion of our harvest for our luxe annual release: Rocksteady Reserve.
The coffee aging process adds a luxurious depth of body to our already rare beans. Aged for a minimum of two years in parchment and roasted at the time of processing, Rocksteady Reserve delights with a richer flavour and texture that you’ll want to year after year.
Provenance: Arabica beans organically hand-harvested on the single-origin Rocksteady Mountain Farm in the rainy Portland parish of the Blue Mountains (elevation 3,800 ft ASL)
Expression: Dark roast with a rich chocolate nose, a cocoa-note palate, and a deep floral finish
